RE: General Announcements - Merryb - 17-09-2018

Everyone had a great day yesterday and thank you to Barry for bringing the wonderful slice and milk AGAIN.
Most of us don't eat that well at home.  Great to see Tony D here again with his new plane.

RE: General Announcements - Merryb - 23-09-2018

As you would all be able to see, there is a Bunnings BBQ on 29th September (next Saturday)
It would be great if all the members who have been unable to attend the Clubhouse working
bees, come and join in. If you are unable to do a full shift, just let me know the times which
suit you. Thankyou

BUNNINGS BBQ
8-30am  -  11-30pm

11-30pm  -  2-30pm

RE: General Announcements - gbar7217 - 24-09-2018

The second stage of concrete has been finished today, 2 more stages(eastern side veranda) will take place in coming days.

RE: General Announcements - Merryb - 24-09-2018

Hey Liam, would you like to come and help with the BBQ and have a yarn while you work. We are
short for the second shift, if that is any help.

RE: General Announcements - Liam Walton - 24-09-2018

I’m afraid I can’t do a shift that day. I’ll be off on an overnight hike on the weekend. I’m hoping to get to the field sometime before then to fully test out a couple new quads and parts

RE: General Announcements - Liam Walton - 26-09-2018

I have been refitting one of my quads with a new flight controller, GPS and HD camera and I was hoping to have it ready to fly at the field tomorrow. However, I can't legally fly it there without another club member present as a LOS observer (officially pilot-in-command). Is anyone already planning on turning up tomorrow afternoon and wouldn't mind being an observer? Sorry about short notice as I am a terrible planner and completely forgot that I can't fly FPV on my own Big Grin
