Hi Dave and rest of our great team.

The following has been added to RC Traders Event page at https://www.rctrader.com/category/377/Cl...rwick.html

Warwick Aero Modellers (WAM) has a safe airfield for the flying of model aircraft for its members at Morgan Park Precinct, Warwick Queensland 4370.

On Armistice Day - 11th November 2018 we are inviting the community of Warwick and beyond to come and experience a Model Aircraft Fly-in. Aero Modellers are invited to come and bring their models - any type and any scale. If you are a pilot with a current MAAA licence and have the appropriate qualifications for your aircraft you will be invited to fly your model/s. Weather and appropriate safety precautions for flying will be determined on the day.

We also anticipate fly-overs of manned war-birds over our airfield and community throughout the day.

As part of the day we, in cooperation with our local RSL and other Veteran networks, plan to hold appropriate Remembrance Services in gratitude for those served our country in WW1 and subsequent campaigns. We will be asking all visitors to consider making a gold coin donation to Legacy Australia.

Full details of the event will be available on our website at http://www.wamqld.com. Expressions of interest from other model aero-modeller groups and retailers are invited.

Today I spotted a whole heap of DVD's about planes in the clubhouse. Are they for members to borrow!?
If they are, Catherine and I are going to be very excited watching them... well... maybe not so much Catherine...

It started with a bare patch, a bit of fill, add a bit of concrete and the new clubhouse is underway.
