That sounds strange Kennyglide. I haven't seen your Mikeys Pylon Racer, but I presume that there's a servo for each aileron and that it's a direct link to avoid any flexing. Flexing can occur in a light pushrods when they push. The other area of flex is the horn mount to the aileron. The other thing to look for is that you're using the full travel on the servo, not using your transmitter to reduce the throw when needed.
The wing can't twist can it? The early foamy eklectic Bixlers used to flex the fuselage when up elevator was applied in a high-speed dive,essentially neutralising the up-elevator.

You could try digital servos Ken, bit stronger than hxt servos. You could try cutting the wings off and just try flying it like a missle but then the authority's might nab you because of the Commonwealth games being so close. All RC aircraft and drones are banned from flying around Brisbane & gold coast while games are on. Amberley Rader might mistake your spad.

Thanks for the ideas Greg..... the Mikeys Pylon Racer is the one i flew on Sunday.... if you look under that name on  youtube you will see the build and flight ......   i have just altered the angle of attack on the horizontal stabilizer as i had to trim  full down to get it to fly level so will try that first..... but not holding high hopes it will cure the aileron problem but good fun trying

Just had a look Kennyglide. Are you using the recommended torque-rod set-up? That worries me (without actually seeing it and giving it a wiggle though...).

Well no.... not the same wing setup ...same measurements but with 50% KF2 airfoil and stiff  6mm Carbon Spar sitting right behind the foil ...so a step down at 50% of the cord and then to 6mm ailerons.........so 12mm for 50% of the cord stepping down to  6mm for the rest of the  cord including the 6mm  ailerons.... thinking i may need to upgrade to KF4 but dont really want to make the wing too thick....

Have 6 or so people interested in making S.P.A.D.S..... from Depron ,Coreflute ,.Foamboard, or whatever ..... as we know the jump from an "IDEA" to actually getting a Project up and running requires some serious planning and i am hoping to do some brain-storming between now and the next meeting. I doubt we will all want to build the same model .... some may want to use Coreflute and others Depron ect: some may want to build a simple Delta Wing look under Experimental Airlines on youtube for that one ... others may want to build more complicated planes as shown on "SPAD TO THE BONE " website and various other sites on the web.... i will post some links soon in the S.P.A.D BUILD FORUM...... As i have already discussed with some other members our great little shed should be ideal for for this project/s . We have tables .... power for glue guns may be problematic but they are very low wattage so may be ok ...have to check on that.....Alternatively to start we could concentrate on getting the plans downloaded and scaled to the correct size ..... cut them out and transfer to the build material and cut them out at home and then bring back the pieces for a session of folding and glueing..... So as i see it the first step for all builders will be to decide what plane they want to build and get the plans downloaded and cut out ready for transfer to the build material...this can be a bit tricky so a lesson or two on these basics may be a good starting point.......looking forward to Smile GETTING SOME FEEDBACK so as to be well prepared for the next meeting. You can count me in as well Kennyglide. Mind you, I never seem to be able to keep up with everyone else's build. My scratch-build glider is still uncompleted...

You shouldn't have a problem with power for the glue guns. The big ones are only 40 watts. Our inverter wouldn't even notice when you plug one in. Grumpy got us a big one...
