Or a weapon of a pylon racer but listed in general discussion as this was done with a freebie resizing app downloaded by Liz. Can be found at http://www.bricelam.net/ImageResizer/. Instructions: download / install / right click on photo(s) (hold down control button to choose batch photos), click on resize, the small is the one in this post. This free app is a work in progress so the "advanced" doesn't do anything yet but he's working on it.
